Kadagolu Udupi Krishna:
Only in Udupi is Sri Krishna pictured holding the Kadagolu, a wooden utensil used to crush curd and extract butter. The mischievous young Krishna removes Kadagolu from mother Yashoda's custody. It is thought that Sri Madhvacharya carried the idol of a child Krishna with Kadagolu, which was in a muddy mass of Gopichandana. The globe is well aware of the exquisite young Krishna's idol for its singularity.
